The Howard Superior Court III serves Howard County by hearing cases in a timely manner while giving each case the care and consideration it deserves. A judge of the superior court is required to have a law degree and serves a term of 6 years after a general election.The Court is responsible for the handling of all driving offenses, all misdemeanor cases except for those involving drugs, all traffic infractions, and all small claim cases.
