Licking County Commissioner

County Commissioners are elected officials who serve on the Board of County Commissioners, the chief administrative and fiscal authority of the county. Commissioners set county policy, adopt the county budget, oversee county buildings, roads, and infrastructure, approve contracts, and manage the use of county funds. They also supervise county services and departments, represent the county in regional matters, and ensure that county government operates efficiently and in accordance with state law. Decisions are made collectively by the Board.Source: Ohio Revised Code §§ 305.01

Work experience/qualifications (60 words) I have over 20 years of business experience working for my father and operating my own two businesses.
Here is my challenge to the voters of Licking County in response to political inflation.

If elected, I am willing to keep the current 2026 salary of County Commissioner for the first two years in office. I also will not accept retirement or medical benefits.
My Business Experience: I have over 20 years of business experience working for my father and operating my own two businesses.

Military Service: I served four years in the U.S. Navy, including two tours of duty in Vietnam providing coastal gunfire support.

Union Leadership: I served as Union Treasurer and later as Union President of Steel Workers Local 7759.

Political Experience: My political experience has been documented in the Newark Advocate and the Columbus Dispatch regarding various political issues.
