Licking County Common Pleas Judge - Probate/Juvenile
A Common Pleas Judge in the Probate/Juvenile Division is an elected judicial officer who presides over matters involving estates, guardianships, adoptions, and certain issues concerning minors. In Probate Court, the judge oversees the administration of estates, wills, trusts, and guardianships. In Juvenile Court, the judge hears cases involving delinquency, child abuse and neglect, custody matters, and juvenile traffic offenses.
