Issue 2: Proposed Tax Levy (Additional) - Bainbridge Twp
A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage.An additional tax for the benefit of Bainbridge Township for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $1,015,989 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $42 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.This issue will be presented during the April 9, 2026 LWVG Candidate & Issue Forum at Bainbridge Library.
