Zanesville Clerk Treasurer

The clerk-treasurer keeps a record of the city council meetings, prepares an ordinance book and is clerk of the city court. The clerk-treasurer retains charge of city documents and books including the city seal. The clerk-treasurer is responsible for licensing and collecting a license fee from any person conducting a sale of merchandise as an insurance, salvage, removal, closing out, liquidation or creditors sale.
