managed budgets, put specs out for RFPs, supervised operations and maintenance people
have interfaced with all the local government units
I can read, write and think logically, know how to do research and problem solve
cross train fire and ambulance, give incentives for employees to find money saving solutions, try to consolidate suppliers to get price reductions, Rent out certified trained paramedics and firemen for training in private industries.
