I believe our immigration policy should include proposals that improve and streamline pathways to citizenship and case processing. I also support reforms that address labor shortages across key industries. In the meantime, we need to allocate the resources necessary to clear the current backlog for individuals who have been in the system for years and, in some cases, decades.
I believe climate change is a threat to our nation's economy. Europe is currently experiencing temperatures that experts say would have been "virtually impossible" 50 years ago. If we fail to invest in resilient infrastructure, we'll miss out on the financial boost created by thousands of good-paying, blue-collar jobs. We'll also lose out on a strong return on investment, because without those upgrades, the federal government will be forced to maintain high levels of disaster spending.
One of my top legislative priorities is a healthcare system that is universally accessible, cost-effective, improves the quality of care in both rural and urban hospitals, and is no longer tied to a person's employment. My other priority is to help working families keep more of what they earn and earn more overall. That means increasing the minimum wage, cultivating strong unions, strengthening worker protections, and ensuring every worker can retire with dignity.
I believe that an individual's right to express their opinions and ideas without government censorship, beyond the well-known but limited exceptions, is a hallmark of a strong democracy.
The power of Congress to oversee federal agencies is outlined in the Constitution, Article 1, Sections 1, 8, and 9.
I would ensure that sufficient resources are allocated to create a system in which individuals would not have to pay or spend any money to obtain the required proof. I would also ensure that the system is accessible regardless of where they live, where they work, or how many hours they work on a typical day.
The federal government must prioritize funding the Department of Education to ensure that every student, regardless of their background, has access to the tools they need to succeed. The government should also set policies so that teachers can afford to live where they teach and to attract new talent into the profession.

We should begin by adding more immigration judges in order to help expedite our current system. After that, we need to implement a yearly limit to immigrants seeking asylum.
Yes, mainly because of the cost of damages, especially in this region of the country, if we do not act quickly.
1) Impeachment, conviction, and removal of this administration. 2) Affordability with a focus on increasing salaries and the current federal minimum wage.
Freedom of Speech is the freedom of all citizens to speak, excluding hate speech, threats, or speech of a terroristic nature.
Congress.
I would propose waiving the fee to obtain these documents.
The federal government should ensure that all school meals are paid for. Also, we need to ensure that funds are not being diverted from public schools to private or charter schools.
