The Illegal immigration has been exploited by the enemy countries to Invade our country. They are here not to contribute to the progress of the country but to terrorize and destroy and kill and loot by defrauding our system and corrupt the government. So, the laws have to be very intricately created to prevent this and to protect the Citizens of America. I have the knowledge, the skills, the understanding and ability to make the right laws for the people to maintain peace and security for our nation.
No I don’t think so. On the contrary it is the law of nature that living beings adapt to the environment. There were Dinosaurs and other creatures which don’t exist. This is just a false narrative by the Democrats. But we do need better laws for FEMA to stop corruption in the process of getting people funding for the destruction that they have sustained because of climate emergencies.
I’m running for United States Senator. My priorities are to stop weaponization of law enforcement, Healthcare Reform Act, Judicial Reform Act, Prescription Drug Reform Act, DHS law’s specification, world peace, stop polarization of parties, fix immigration laws, border security, economic prosperity, affordability
The Freedom of Speech STOPS where the other party’s rights begin.
As per the Constitution, the President is the Head of the Country. The Government is under the authority, power and control of the President. This has been a hard job for President Trump, where he has a ‘do-nothing’ current Senator, who cares only about her Special Interests and not the people , to have to take the responsibility of doing what is best for the American people. That’s why I urge the people to Vote for me so that I can stand with The President, who stands for the people of America, to create the laws through the Senate to support his agenda. MAGA.
That’s why we need new laws to protect these people and prevent the illegals from getting through and not getting caught. So I have the knowledge and experience to make sure that the best laws are written and enforced in the future.
I believe that children should be raised by their parents and education of their own children is a fundamental Parental Right and Responsibility of the parents. If the parents don’t know or want help or aren’t able or willing to provide care for their children then they should be subject to the laws.

Ernie Rivera supports legal immigration, secure borders, and the rule of law. He backs strengthening border security—including physical barriers where needed—ending sanctuary-city policies, and enforcing existing law to keep communities safe from criminals. He supports a fair, efficient legal immigration process for those willing to come the right way and embrace American values, our Constitution, and the rule of law. As a bilingual minister who has served immigrant and Hispanic communities for decades, Ernie believes we can be both a nation of laws and a nation that welcomes those who come legally and contribute. Faith. Family. Florida First.
Ernie Rivera believes the greatest threat to Florida's economy is not climate policy debate but the cost of heavy-handed federal mandates that raise energy prices on working families. He opposes the Green New Deal and similar programs that would eliminate reliable, affordable energy and expand government control. Ernie supports American energy independence through an all-of-the-above approach—reliable traditional sources alongside emerging technologies like Small Modular Reactors. He favors responsible stewardship of Florida's natural resources, coastlines, and communities, achieved through innovation and the free market rather than costly regulation that burdens families and job creators.
Protect Florida families and our constitutional freedoms—defending the sanctity of life, religious liberty, parental rights, and the Second Amendment. 2) Restore fiscal responsibility and economic strength—lowering taxes, cutting wasteful spending, securing the border, and protecting the Medicare and Social Security benefits seniors have earned. Ernie Rivera will bring the conviction and servant's heart of nearly five decades of community service to Washington, fighting for Floridians rather than the political establishment. Faith. Family. Florida First.
Freedom of speech means every American has the God-given, constitutionally protected right to speak, worship, and express their convictions without fear of government censorship or retaliation. To Ernie Rivera, it is the cornerstone of a free society—protecting not only popular speech but unpopular and faith-based speech in the public square. It guards the right of pastors to preach, parents to speak at school boards, journalists to report, and citizens to dissent. Ernie believes the First Amendment protects people of faith from being silenced, and he will defend free expression for all Americans, including those he disagrees with. A nation that protects free speech protects liberty itself.
Under our Constitution, both branches share responsibility. Congress creates federal agencies, funds them, and exercises oversight through its power of the purse and investigative authority. The President, as head of the executive branch, is charged with faithfully executing the laws and directing executive agencies. Ernie Rivera believes in restoring proper constitutional balance—reining in an unaccountable administrative bureaucracy, strengthening congressional oversight, and ensuring federal agencies answer to the elected representatives of the people rather than operating as a fourth branch of government. The Constitution's separation of powers exists to protect liberty, and Ernie will defend it.
Ernie Rivera supports ensuring every legal vote counts and that only citizens vote, which protects the voice of every eligible American. He also recognizes the real concern that some citizens—including women whose names have changed through marriage—may face hurdles obtaining documents. Ernie believes any citizenship-verification requirement must be paired with accessible, low-cost or free pathways to obtain needed records: streamlined access to birth and marriage certificates, mobile and rural document services, fee waivers for low-income citizens, and ample lead time so no eligible voter is disenfranchised. Election integrity and ballot access are not opposites—Ernie is committed to both.
Ernie Rivera believes education decisions belong with parents, local communities, and states—not Washington bureaucrats. He supports returning control to families and empowering parents in their children's education, and favors eliminating federal overreach that imposes one-size-fits-all mandates. At the K-12 level, he champions parental rights, school choice, and curriculum free from government propaganda. For higher education, he supports transparency, affordability, protecting free speech on campus, and prohibiting foreign-government funding that compromises American institutions. Ernie trusts Florida's parents and teachers far more than federal agencies to prepare the next generation. Faith. Family. Florida First.
