They have some of the best teachers in all of NEA. Supporting our teachers bring great teaching. Next to the students, they are the most important. When teachers feel supported & we help them do their job magic happens. I will work tirelessly to help them feel supported.
Culture. Over the years we have lost the culture of success. Many things have played into that but this is a huge priority. The environment established by those incharge makes all the difference in the world. We have to bring back a Culture of success. Success in the classroom, in sports, in band, in everything we do. Being a student or teacher in JPS district should be a positive & bring great. We have the ability to make sure that everything our student see is success. A very important part of this is dissapline. Dissapline in the classroom & out of the classroom. Everyplace can be a place for learning & growth. JPS is so important to our community. This is the future of Jonesboro. I will work tirelessly to help JPS incredibly successful
