Proactive Management: Manage cases from day one with consistent, early interventions to control the process.

Trial Settings: Schedule multiple trial setting per month, with multiple cases set for trial. This reduces the possibility of juries going wasted for want of a case to try.

Eliminate Unnecessary Court Appearances: Reduce logistical burdens by making court events purposeful and streamlining appearances.

Efficient Scheduling: Attempt to group a lawyer's cases on the same day, and avoid unwarranted continuances

Promote Alternative Dispute Resolution: Encourage mediation, arbitration and settlement to keep simpler cases out of court.
