I have worked as a high-level operations manager in the military. I have completed various formal leadership course and knowledge management courses. During my last deployment, I had direct operational control of our horizontal construction assets which comprised of road graders and other heavy equipment. During my tenure as the post Command Sargeant Major of Fort Chaffee, I coordinated inter agency relations between local law enforcement, navy, army, Airforce and civilian contractors. I have a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in business. I own my own business of four years and work with former service members that worked with me in the military which I believe to be a testament to my successful leadership style.

A training program that would teach new operators how to operate the machinery correctly, how to perform maintenance checks and prevent costly accidents such as safety violations that could get personnel severely injured, equipment damage, road damage, and prevent extended mission completion times. This would be followed by frequent checks on quality performance. This will be followed by a reward system that rewards operators that have high performance records.
