Northern Palm Beach County is changing fast - not always for the better. I support responsible growth that fits the Juno Beach character, protects existing home owners, and preserves parks and open space.
My priority is to protect what makes Juno Beach so special. We are a coastal community that attracts retirees, young families and people from everywhere. We need to protect the small town charm that sets our town apart from many of our neighboring communities.
Today Florida’s families and especially seniors are being squeezed by rising bills for medications and property insurance. Many seniors struggle to make ends meet. Higher property values that automatically push up taxes are unfair to residents. Elected officials must be always on the look out for ways to cut out the waste. Juno Beach has one of the lowest millage rates in Florida. I want to keep it this way.
Again, Juno Beach has one of the lowest property tax millage rates in Florida. However, I feel strongly that elected officials should be always on the look out for ways to save money. Nobody should be taxed out of their home after a lifetime of contributions into this community. We should provide tax relief for working families and seniors on fixed incomes.
We need to balance compassion with public safety, fiscal responsibility, and the limits what a small town can realistically provide. Rather than creating town-run programs, I believe our role is to support partnerships, so help is provided to clear pathways to county services, without overwhelming the community.

We have too many realtors and developers who want to convert Juno Beach to a concrete jungle for their profit.
Juno Beach is a gem. We are only about 4000 residents. We have a beautiful, clean, beach. We host a magnificent turtle population. Juno folks walk the beach and pick up litter. We have some good restaurants, but they are being threatened by developers' preference for more residential development; i.e. profits

I do not observe homeless people sleeping in public places in Juno.
