Serving on the Van Buren County Quorum Court, with the County Judge, several people serving as a Justice of the Peace help plan and coordinate the County Budget, spending on County Services, Tax Collection and Tax Distribution, and County Projects.
This position will represent the City of Fairfield Bay in Van Buren County, Arkansas.
I have Project Management experience, leadership experience, and have been an advocate for accountability, integrity, transparency, and ethical actions in the City of Fairfield Bay.
Some of my areas of focus will be: Taxes, Infrastructure, Destiny, Budget, Industry, Transparency, and Safety. (TIDBITS)
My attention to detail, attention to Laws and Ordinances, as well as processes will make me a great addition to the Quorum Court.
My over 25 years as a volunteer in Emergency Services highlights my concern to the community.
There very first things that I will do is learn. Learn more about the County Budget, including Taxes, and the potential trade-offs that have been done to balance the budget.
Then I will build focus on the initial TIDBITS mentioned above: Taxes, Infrastructure, Destiny, Budget, Industry, Transparency, and Safety.
