As a candidate for Justice of the Peace, my role is focused on serving the people of my district with integrity, accountability, and common-sense leadership. The Justice of the Peace serves on the Quorum Court, which is the legislative body of county government. In this position, I will be responsible for helping create and adopt the county budget, setting local ordinances, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are used responsibly. I will work closely with county officials and community members to address local needs, improve public services, and support policies that strengthen safety, infrastructure, and quality of life. My duty is to be a voice for the residents I represent.
I bring a blue-collar, boots-on-the-ground perspective to county government one that values hard work, fairness, and accountability. I’m not a politician I’m someone who understands the everyday issues that matter to people because I live and work alongside them. These experiences make me well-prepared to make responsible decisions, advocate for my community, and serve effectively as Justice of the Peace.
The first thing I plan to improve when I take office as Justice of the Peace is transparency and communication between county government and the people we serve. Too many residents feel left out of the process or unsure of how decisions are made, and that creates frustration and distrust. County government works best when people know what’s happening, where their tax dollars are going, and how they can make their voices heard.
