Conway Public Schools has incredible teachers and staff who go above and beyond for our kids every day. That is our greatest strength. I have built trusted relationships with teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff across campuses by listening and following through. I hear directly from educators about what helps students succeed. I will support what is working by keeping board decisions centered on classrooms, strengthening communication, and making sure teachers have the resources and backing they deserve to make their jobs easier, not harder.
Our district must improve risk management and transparency in major decisions. My background is in Financial Risk Management and federal bank oversight, where I was trained to identify risks early, measure their impact, and prevent small issues from becoming costly problems. That mindset applies here. I will advocate for disciplined financial review, clearer public reporting, and careful evaluation of legal and operational risks so we protect students, staff, and taxpayers before problems escalate.
