The most important thing is to protect and help the citizens you represent. Second would be the financial situation of the county whether your looking for funding, grants, and everything else to help bring money in. The last thing is infrastructure whether being roads, buildings, equipment, or any other county assets.
I was born, raised, and run successful business in the county i'm representing. I understand the needs of the people as a whole in the county. I've taken high endurance leadership classes, FEMA certifications in two categories. Plus being judge for three years has helped with the understanding of county government.
Since i've been in office we have acquired newer equipment, gps tracking on equipment to hold people accountable for their duties, three new bridges, and built our savings for future projects. We still need to keep improving the infrastructure, and facilities for the citizens of the county.
