The Prosecuting Attorney represents the State of Arkansas in all criminal matters and works to ensure justice, public safety, and fairness in every case. The office oversees felony prosecution, juvenile matters, victim protection, and collaboration with law enforcement. It also safeguards taxpayer resources by maintaining ethical, transparent, and efficient operations that uphold the law and strengthen trust in the justice system.
I currently serve as the elected Prosecuting Attorney for Polk and Montgomery Counties. My experience includes leading a dedicated team of deputy prosecutors, victim services personnel, and investigators, while modernizing procedures, expanding victim-witness support, and improving coordination with local law enforcement. I bring a record of principled decision-making, successful jury trial outcomes, and a strong commitment to accountability, transparency, and equal justice for every member of our community -regardless of background. For more than 10 years I have served victims and their families with integrity and compassion. Prosecution is my chosen career because a good and fair prosecutor is insturumental to obtaining justice for all.
I will remain committed to strengthening victim services by expanding consistent, county-level support for crime victims and witnesses. This includes enhancing coordination with local agencies, securing sustainable funding for victim services, and formalizing protocols that ensure victims are informed, protected, and respected throughout the process. By building strong partnerships with law enforcement, county leadership, and community organizations, we can deliver a more responsive and effective system of justice. Protecting victims is at the heart of everything I do.
