Circuit Court is a general jurisdiction court, hearing cases in criminal, domestic, probate, juvenile and civil matters. The primary duty of a Circuit Judge is to preside over trials in these areas and make decisions based on the law and evidence presented at trial.
I have been a Circuit Judge for 12 years. During that 12 year period I have handled various domestic, probate and civil matters in Pulaski and Perry County.
I plan to continue to make fair and impartial decisions based on the law and evidence presented in hearings or at trial.
