Public office is a responsibility, not a privilege. The duty of a State Representative is to listen to constituents, represent their concerns honestly, and vote on legislation that protects their rights and quality of life. This includes reviewing proposed laws, keeping government answerable to the public and holding systems accountable. A representative must remain accessible, engaged in the community, and willing to speak up when policies harm Arkansas families. The role demands stewardship, integrity, and the courage to put people before politics.
Leadership is earned through service. I am a retired U.S. Army Major with 20 years of experience leading people in high-pressure environments where decisions carried real consequences. My service required discipline, accountability, and ethical judgment. I swore an oath to the Constitution that continues to guide me today. I bring proven leadership, responsible resource management, and a steady, solutions-focused approach grounded in accountability and respect.
Strong communities start with access to care. One of my first priorities will be improving access to affordable healthcare, especially mental and behavioral health services. Too many families are one emergency away from crisis, and gaps in care affect public safety, education, and stability. I will support legislation that expands access, strengthens preventative services, and invests in community-based solutions. I will work directly with local providers, educators, and veterans organizations to ensure policy reflects real community needs - not politics.
