State Representative #53
If elected, I will be hired by the people of my district to represent them in the state house of Arkansas. The duties include doing the due diligence to review all proposed bills introduced and vote on those according to my constituents.
In my professional life, I have worked in financial services for 12 years, served as a pastor on staff of a local church for 11 years. Pastors view their cities and look for solutions to problems. I have much experience with the Foster Care system in our state and seen issues that I feel need to be addressed. Also as Pastor overseeing benevolent care in our community, I've seen inadequacies in opportunities, care for our people, and also areas where we could be doing more for the citizens of Arkansas.
If elected, one of the first goals will be to provide educational opportunities for children graduating out of foster care in our state to get access to workforce, certifications, or trainings that can help them to be successful.
