The primary responsibility is to represent the best interests of the citizens of your district. This is done through effective budgeting, introducing and voting on bills, serving on committees to develop, amend and review bills before the reach the full House, and finally to work closely with your constituents to help them solve problems and issues that may be effecting their day to day lives.
I am a proven leader with years of experience in leading large institutions and serving people. I have created and managed to budgets for well over 25 years. I have a proven track record as a strategic leader who has developed and executed strategic plans designed to move institutions forward and better serve our customers. And finally I have years of experience in community involvement and leadership. I have serve for years in many civic organizations and for the past 6 years have served as an Alderman for the city of Benton representing the citizens of Ward 1. During this time, my leadership on the council has helped us to move the City forward bringing great growth, development and opportunity paying for it all without raising any taxes.
The first thing is to instantly become an accessible, vocal and readily available advocate for the citizens of District 82. The incumbent has not made himself available on a consistent basis. I will change that immediately.
