PMU Commissioners oversee and advise the management of the Paragould Municipal Utilities. The importance of well managed utilities (electrical service, fresh water, sewer, cable, and internet service for a growing city like Paragould requires a knowledge of business and planning skills.
I have managed successful businesses involved in complex manufacturing with up to 1000 employees under my watch for over 40 years.
In addition, I have served as a PMU Commissioner since 2017.
PMU is being managed very well so major changes aren't necessary as Paragould enjoys some of the lowest electrical costs in the state. Planning for the future needs of a growing and dynamic city like Paragould is where my focus will lie.
