Justice delayed is justice denied. Maintaining and managing the large case load of the court is an essential function of the Judge. I plan to establish clear docket control orders and protocols to move cases forward. If the attorneys have clear expectations from the court they are better able to progress their clients cases forward to obtain resolution in a just and expeditious way.
Fair and unbias application of the law. A Judge has the responsibility to make fair and unbias rulings on all cases brought before him. I plan to maintain the highest ethical standards when dealing with the cases and attorneys before the court. I plan to actually read all the motions presented by the attorneys before the court and rule according the law.
