I am a licensed attorney, fighting for Texans defending their religious rights, civil liberties, and holding government accountable, from the school board all the way to the federal government. I have experience drafting legislation, statutes, and municipal ordinances. I currently serve as a Municipal Utility District (MUD) director and as a board member for a nonprofit organization that supports communities after major disasters. My diverse professional background includes education, church planting, retail, automotive manufacturing at Tesla, and small business ownership, giving me an all-round perspective on the challenges facing working Americans in TX-02. Born in Uganda and a legal immigrant. Am proven America First, constitutionalist.
The two most pressing issues are unsecured borders fueling crime and resource strain, and runaway federal spending driving crushing national debt and inflation. On borders, I will author and champion legislation to finish the wall, mandate E-Verify, end catch-and-release, and remove activist judicial oversight by restoring full executive authority over immigration enforcement. I will ensure Texas receives federal resources to secure its border when Washington fails. On spending, I will demand proper annual budgets over continuing resolutions, eliminate foreign aid and bloated bureaucracy, and sponsor bills to shrink non-essential agencies. We must stop saddling our children with debt. We can't leave them with an American nightmare.

I bring military legal training, executive-level operational leadership, and a disciplined, accountability-driven approach to public service. I served in the U.S. Army and Navy in military justice roles supporting courts-martial, joint operations, and overseas deployments, where decisions carried real consequences. In the private sector, I led large-scale operations at Walmart and Amazon, fixing broken systems, enforcing standards, and delivering measurable results at scale. I am routine-driven, direct and independent, with a track record of oversight, problem-solving and follow-through. This experience equips me to represent the district with judgment, integrity, and resolve.
The two most pressing issues are the erosion of the middle class and the breakdown of lawful governance.

First, labor displacement and wage suppression driven by immigration and visa abuse. I will push for strict enforcement of existing law, a temporary moratorium on large-scale migration and a full congressional rewrite of employment-based immigration so American workers cannot be replaced or undercut. Transparency, audits and penalties must be real, not theoretical.

Second, the collapse of accountability in federal government. I will prioritize aggressive oversight of agencies that exceed congressional intent, oppose inflationary spending and restore clear lawmaking so policy outcomes match what voters were promised.
