Occupation
Attorney at Law
I have been a practicing attorney in and around the Harris County area for over 40 years in civil litigation. I have been in and out of courtrooms my entire adult life and believe that I fully understand the tasks of serving the public as a Justice. My practice has been almost 100% representing individuals rather than corporations and the like. I believe that i have the temperament, education and experience to serve in the position Justice of the Peace, Pct2, Pos2 . I believe that I can and will be fair and impartial to all litigants.
Currently I do not believe that Pct 2, Pos 2 is fulfilling its full potential. It is not handling the volume of cases that Pos 1 is handling and is not getting its cases moved along efficiently. I believe that I can "up it's game". I commit to being there personally and making sure that the business is handled efficiently and that the cases are heard without undue delay.
