Fort Bend County District Judge, 501st Judicial District

The 501st District Court is a Family District Court. It handles all matters related to custody of children, property division, visitation, enforcement of prior orders, establishment of parentage, abuse and neglect (Department of Family and Protective Services cases), termination of parental rights, adoption, and Family violence protective orders. District Courts are established by the State Legislature. Term of office: 4 years.
