Shall the Jackson Public Schools, County of Jackson, State of Michigan, borrow the principal sum of not to exceed One Hundred Twenty-Six Million Dollars ($126,000,000) and issue its unlimited tax general obligation bonds, in one or more series, for the purpose of:erecting, furnishing and equipping additions to school buildings; remodeling, equipping and reequipping, furnishing and refurnishing school buildings and facilities; acquiring and installing technology and instructional technology equipment for school buildings; and equipping, developing and improving playgrounds, athletic fields and facilities and other facilities, parking areas and sites?
