Arcadia Township ProposalProposed Renewal of Increased 1.2 Mills for Fire ProtectionShall the expiring (in 2025) previous voted increase in the limitation on general ad valorem taxes in the Township of Arcadia imposed under Article 9, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution, which has been reduced to 0.9713 mill by required millage rollbacks, be further renewed at and increased to not more than 1.2 mills ($1.20 per $1,000 of taxable value) and be levied for 5 years in 2026-2030 inclusive, on all taxable real and personal property in the Township of Arcadia for disbursement to the Township of Arcadia for the purpose of fire protection, thereby raising an estimated $120,431.00 in the first year othe millage is levied?
