MI AC Fillmore Township WATER/SEWAR RENEWAL MILLAGE PROPOSITION
Shall the previously increased 15 mill tax limitation on general ad valorem taxes within Fillmore Township, Allegan County, Michigan, imposed under Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution, which increased limitation expired after 2024 and which was reduced by required rollback to 0.4669 mill, be renewed and increased to 0.5. mill ($0.50 per $1,000 of Taxable Value) for four (4) years, 2025 through 2028, inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds for the acquisition, construction, and installation of public water and sewer system improvements, including, but without limitation, water wells, water storage tanks, and water and sewer lines, in the Township of Fillmore, and shall the Township levy such increase in millage for that purpose, thereby raising in the first year an estimated $98,000.00?
