REPEAL OF THE CITY OF ADRIAN ORDINANCE NUMBER 24-002, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE POINT OF SALE ORDINANCE Shall Adrian City Ordinance Number 24-002 commonly referred to as the Point of Sale Ordinance requiring the inspection of residential properties prior to the sale thereof be repealed? If approved, Adrian City Ordinance Number 24-002 will be repealed. Shall Adrian City Ordinance Number 24-002 be repealed? Citizen’s Gas Fuel Company Franchise Agreement Shall the proposed Franchise Ordinance granting a franchise to Citizens Gas Fuel Company to operate in the City of Adrian for a period of thirty (30) years and accepted by Citizens Gas Fuel Company July 2, 2025, be adopted?
