Qualifications I have served on town council for over 25 years and worked in a management role for over 30 years when employed.
I have enjoyed being the ambassador for the Town of Pine Ridge for the past four years and would like to continue in this role. As mayor, I have been able to personally support and interact with our local organizations (e.g. schools, the library, the Senior Center, Pine Ridge Women’s Club); it has been a pleasant task.
Managing Growth: Like most of Lexington County, Pine Ridge has become a magnet for residential development. While we consider our town to be a welcoming “bedroom community”, growth must be tempered with managing the influx of new neighbors, so our infrastructure is not overwhelmed.

Community Activities: We want to create an environment that provides opportunities for events that are family-oriented and bring the community together.
