REFERENDUM ON ORDINANCE NO.011-2025(By Petition)City of WhitehallA majority affirmative vote is necessary for passageOrdinance No. 011-2025 created the Fairway Boulevard Tax Increment Financing Incentive District and declared improvements to Parcel Nos. 090-001792-00 and 090-001776-00 within the district to be a public purpose and exempt from real property taxation, required the owners of the parcels to make service payments, and specified the public infrastructure improvements that benefit or serve parcels in the district.
