RICHMOND TOWNSHIP DITCHING, DRAINAGE AND ROAD MILLAGE PROPOSAL
Shall the Township of Richmond, Macomb County, Michigan, be authorized to levy a new additionalmillage annually in an amount not to exceed 1.0 mill ($1.00 on each $1,000 of taxable value) against alltaxable property within the Township for a period of five (5) years, 2025 through 2029 inclusive, for thepurpose of funding the maintenance of ditches, drains and roads within the Township. The estimate of therevenue the Township will collect in the first year of levy (2025) if the millage is approved isapproximately $241,000. By law, the millage will be disbursed to the Richmond Township Ditching,Drain and Road Fund.
