Richland Community Library Millage Proposal
Shall the Richland Community Library, County of Kalamazoo, Michigan, be authorized to levy annually a new additional millage in an amount not to exceed .75 mill ($0.75 per each $1,000 of taxable value) against all taxable property within the Richland Community Library district in perpetuity beginning with the 2025 levy, for the purpose of providing funds for all district library purposes authorized by law?The estimate of the revenue the Richland Community Library will collect if the millage is approved and levied by the Richland Community Library in the first year (2025) is approximately $455,000.
