I want to bring fresh energy, sustainability and innovation back to East Grand Rapids. I believe East is a great community but has fallen stagnant in recent years. Resident enrollment, housing market, and commercial growth have all slowed, key indicators to a vibrant community, I want to work together to build an even more vibrant community.
I mentioned them above but I’ll reiterate here. Resident school enrollment, housing market and commercial growth. I want to work with city departments, varies boards and residents to come up with unique ideas or incentives to help promote growth in these areas of concerns.
I’m very community-first minded. I believe in promoting social gatherings across all and any demographics. I also believe in order to necessitate that we need proper infrastructure and community growth.
