District 41 needs a well structured Transit Plan to enhance access to essential services such as education, health care, and employment opportunities.
Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science (MSMS) should remain on MUW campus. This is crucial to District 41, such a move is a waste of tax payers dollars, an extreme culture shock for high school students, and a hit to MUW, one of the largest employers in District 41.
I support the current initiative in place to Keep MSMS on the campus it currently sits and petition all parties in the proper funding it needs to continue producing Elite Individuals.
I imagine Mississippi being a Progressive State. A state that can show the rest of the world what Great Success Looks Like! Columbus/Lowndes County is home of one of the Best if not the best Industrial Zones in the State. State of the art Air Base in Columbus Air Force Base. A growing and diverse down town. Home of Catfish Alley, record winning Pilgrimage, and home to the Tennessee Williams Home. Mississippi is leading the charge in a plethora of things and it’s time we brag a little louder on our States Accomplishments. Mississippi is open for Business and District 41 is too. Let’s not only take “Columbus/Lowndes County Higher” let’s take the entire state higher! Mississippi is a Next Level state and I will help all parties Create A Progressive Mississippi.
I will continue to do what I’m doing and that’s stress the importance of home grown success. Mississippi has everything with need “in house” great Jobs as stated District 41 is home of the best Industrial Zone in the State. PACCAR, Airbus, Baldor, and Steel Dynamics just to name a few. We produce Elite Pilots in the armed forces at Columbus Air Force Base. Great workforce in the state. Home of many actors and artists. Whatever you want to be in life you can be it right here in Mississippi! Get involved in your local and state government make your voice heard.
