-12 years Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals experience. -Many years of not-for-profit board experience. -Many years of sales, manufacturing and property development and management. -35 years local resident.

1. Encouraging and supporting South Haven’s year-round employers and employees especially in our education, healthcare and essential-service sectors. HOLTEC/Palisades employees are going to need hundreds of homes. 2. South Haven needs a thoughtful, balanced tourism plan. We must stop arguing about neighborhood short term rentals. We MUST put the needs of neighborhood residents first. 3. South Haven needs to find a way to improve beach safety that we can afford. A lifeguard program will almost certainly require a new revenue stream.
