MI AC Lee Township RENEWAL OF MILLAGE FOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION, UPGRADES, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENTS
Shall the previous voted increase in the tax limitations imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution on general ad valorem taxes within Lee Township (reduced by required millage rollbacks to 1.9103 mills); be renewed and increased to the original 2.0 mills ($2.00 per $1,000 in taxable value); and levied for three years being 2025-2027 inclusive, for the purpose of funding road construction, upgrades, maintenance and improvements in the Township, thereby raising an estimated $216,459 for such purposes in the first year the millage is levied?
