Experience (300 characters max) I am currently a strategy analyst for a small local business; I am a student at UW majoring in Law & Policy.
I have done community outreach events though my work.
I have a hybrid background in strategy, beauty services, and communication. I am currently a strategist for a small business, focusing on presenting data to stakeholders. I also have extensive experience in the beauty industry where I work closely with the community I want to serve. I believe my pursuit of my degree in Law & Policy from UW Tacoma will serve me well in this position.
The city is working on Implementing a Housing Plan and with that comes concern; affordable housing availability, equitable access to housing and services the risk of families in the community being displaced. We have infrastructure that needs attention. We have growth in the population and balancing that growth with the ecological preservation of our natural habitats.
I would have to think harder about this question as a lot of things are consistently changing under our current administration I would like to see our community grow and expand to be a place of equality and inclusion for everyone.
