Served under former Veteran Administration Director Alfie Alvarado for women veteran advisory committee, Western Washington Girls Scout leader and instructor, American Red Cross Instructor, Served as Secretary and Treasurer for Puyallup Area Aging in Community, Founded for two years nonprofit dental program, providing dental care for low-income for the elderly.
Serving with the various NGOs in my community has prepared me by gaining the ability to work with diverse cultures and mindsets. Understanding how to meet the needs of a diverse community but still respecting their rights and beliefs.
