What is the most important quality in a judge?

Under what circumstances would you recuse yourself from a case?

Education Graduate Mercer County Community College/ Training Medical College of Pennsylvania/Instructor Drexel University.
Experience Elected Bristol Borough School Director: 36 years. I have worked hard to gain the communities trust and plan on doing so as MDJ.
A Judge must be fair, neutral, and unbiased. A Magistrate Judge or "justice of the peace" is the minor court of the Commonwealth. The Magistrates roll is to handle the lower limits of the court system. A Magistrate must have patience, be practical and uphold the law. They must treat cases before them, with respect and and empathy.
I would recuse myself if I felt conflicted or my personal beliefs might sway my decisions in the court.
