The current office holder has been in the position for 32 years. The office is only open 3 days a week. There have been numerous issues in the office including lack of hours and availability, poor communication, extra tax bills, and failed audits of the office. I want to expand office hours and include at least 2 nights a week and a Saturday once a month for busy residents. I will design a modern website with as much information for taxpayers as possible. I will work with township, county, and school officials to ensure accurate tax bills. I will bring accountability and transparency to the office and eliminate findings on our audits.

I have the privilege of serving the wonderful residents and property owners of Falls Township for over 30 years, collecting their Real Estate property taxes. As required under Commonwealth of Pennsylvania law and administered by the Department of Community and Economic Development, I have my Qualified Tax Collector Certification. Additionally, I have completed the continuing education requirements of the Pennsylvania Tax Collectors Association and I am a Certified Pennsylvania Tax Collector, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in the Tax Collector profession and recognized as an expert. I want to ensure our Falls Township Real Estate property tax dollars go to the proper governmental entities efficiently.
