Infrastructure improvements and updates continue to be a struggle for small Boroughs like Chalfont. Our budgets make it difficult to fund projects in the millions of dollars. We currently have about 3 million dollars of improvements that are unfunded mandates and need to be addressed. I will continue to help source grants and funding to make these improvements. Traffic is always a problem in Chalfont. We are a hub for travelers form the North, South, East and West. The Bristol Rd extension is a partial solution that will make access for emergency vehicles easier. This project needs to be well thought out and funded so that the issue is not just moving the problem from one place to another. Making Chalfont a walkable community with access to small businesses is a passion of mine. I will promote parking access to the downtown to help small businesses to thrive in Chalfont Borough. Ow Wow Cow is a perfect example as well as the development of the St James Church.

My 30 years of experience in shaping the Borough has shown what can be done when you add the expertise that I have in 40 years in the Real Estate field and my love for my hometown. I can make a difference in the lives of everyday Chalfont residents.

Planning Commission 7 years, Zoning Hearing Board 6 years, HARB, 10+ - years, 40 years in the Real Estate Industry. Author of the current Zoning Ordinance. Board member of the Chalfont New Britain Business Alliance bringing together Business interests with Municipal authorities. 30 years as a Borough resident where I have rehabbed 3 properties in the center of the Borough, adding to the value of downtown Real Estate. 8 years on the Central Bucks Regional Police Commission helping to keep crime in Chalfont incredibly low.
