To ensure Northampton County delivers the highest level of service to our residents, I’m prioritizing three areas:

1. Strengthening our workforce by focusing on employee retention and development. We need people who are committed to public service and we need to support them so they can be successful in serving our residents.

2. Rebuilding and repairing our county facilities which have been neglected for too long. Improve the infrastructure that supports public services.

3. Invest in our needful communities to provide citizens the opportunity to prosper.

These efforts will be funded using already-allocated budget resources and unobligated funds. No tax increases—just more responsible use of the funds we already have.

As a county council member, most of our business has to do with running the NORCO county government and government center. So I will break this down into 2 parts; Priorities for the NORCO Govt and priorities for NORCO as a whole.

As a government we need to focus on our core services and ensure we are delivering an excellent product. Making sure we maintain our top notch court system. Ensuring we have fast, fair, and honest elections. Most importantly - making Gracedale an asset again, not a liability.

Outside the government center we need to promote and encourage small business growth inside the county. Entice new businesses to invest here in the county. Preserve our green spaces and assist our farmers to not only survive but thrive.
