Occupation Financial Services
Qualifications Vice president at a financial services firm & serve on Wind Gap Borough Council. 25 years of business experience.
My top priorities are: 1.) ensuring the county remains on solid fiscal footing. I understand budgets, finance, and data analysis and want to make sure Northampton County continues to function and your tax dollars are being used efficiently.

2.) continue what's currently working in Northampton County. That means keeping Gracedale county owned and operated, continuing our successful open space and farmland preservation programs, and supporting working families.

3.) addressing housing and rental affordability. Through a combination of tools, including encouraging multi-municipal planning, tax incentives, and tackling blighted properties, we can make it more affordable to live in the Lehigh Valley.
Education Graduate of McCorristin Catholic High School
Occupation Real Estate Manager
Qualifications I bring over two decades of experience in real estate and community management.
Northampton County is at a critical point where financial discipline, infrastructure, public trust, and social resilience must be prioritized to ensure long-term prosperity for all residents. Based on my two decades of experience in real estate management and budget oversight, I believe the county’s top priorities should include: responsible fiscal management, election integrity, affordable housing, pandemic recovery, and environmental sustainability. In all of these efforts, I would bring my hands-on experience working with local governments, community members, and regulatory frameworks to the table. I understand how to navigate complex systems, interpret laws and ordinances, and bring people together around common goals.

Qualifications I am a life-long resident of Northampton and care deeply for my fellow citizens, especially, the most vulnerable.
Northampton County, like many counties in Pennsylvania, is at a crossroads. The are an increasing number of resident concerns that must be addressed by political leaders to ensure an improved quality of life for future generations. Sustainable growth is a topic everyone is talking about. As a life-long resident of Northampton County I have seen the explosion of growth and the ramifications of that growth. Political and community leaders must work cooperatively to ensure responsible growth that benefits all citizens of the county. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I am concerned about the availability of mental health services available including the expansion of services like the Mental Health Court. Every citizen should have a voice.

Priorities for Northampton County – And How We Pay For Them"**

**1. A $22 Living Wage – With Small Business Support** No full-time worker should live in poverty, but we won’t leave small businesses behind. My plan: - **0.5% Warehouse Tax** on mega-distribution centers to fund wage transition grants for local employers - **Tax Credits** for small businesses that pay living wages - **County Microloans** to help mom-and-pop shops adapt

**2. 50% Property Tax Cuts for Seniors** Our elders shouldn’t lose homes to rising taxes. Same push for state level - *Paid for by*: Closing corporate tax loopholes & the new warehouse tax

**3. Clean Air & Warehouse Reform** - **Moratorium** on new mega-warehouses until traffic/pollution s
