Members of County Council do not receive a salary, or funding for an office or staff. Instead they receive a stipend of about $11,000.

I was on Plum Boro Council for 8 years as the Finance Chair. We work with hundreds of small business owners in Western PA.

Where is the extra $146 million in tax increases this year going to?
Why do vendors that do business with the County also sending campaign contributions to the County Executive? The 3rd major issue is why does the County hire more "Consultants" than ever, what is their roll and why are they required?
The priorities of Allegheny County should be public safety, and infrastructure. Tax increases and new taxes only encourages residences and companies to leave Allegheny County. When will it end?

County Councilor and decades long experience in the following: zoning and comprehensive planning, leadership and public policy, community and constituent engagement, budgeting and financial management, knowledge of local issues, strategic planning and execution, communications. Ongoing work and collaboration with multi-sectors. Consistently displays integrity, honesty and commitment. Graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh.

As part of my ongoing priorities, I am committed to: 1) strengthening fiscal oversight through early, ongoing collaboration with County Administration and the Budget Office to pursue long-term stability and continuous revenue opportunities; 2) working to attract new businesses and support the growth and retention of existing ones thereby strengthening our local economy; 3) leveraging my leadership on committees like the Housing Advisory Committee to update county codes that reflect residents' needs. I will continue to advocate for public safety investments and ensure communities have access to public transit, healthy foods, mental & behavioral health services, and sustainability initiatives to build safe, healthy, resilient neighborhoods.
I maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all council members, regardless of party affiliation, and approach decision-making thoughtfully, with thorough research and community input. I create and lead working groups and engage diverse sectors to gain differing views, advance county priorities and enhance council awareness. I regularly listen, inviting constituents to share concerns directly with council and attend many community meetings and events to understand viewpoints. I also work closely with state and federal partners to support county initiatives and meet residents’ needs.
