City Contracts -Shall Article XII, Section 2 of the Euless Home Rule Charter be amended to revise limitations on officers and employees having a personal interest in contracts with the City and prohibit the purchase by or sale to the City of property, goods, or services by officers and employees of the City except for specific listed purposes?----------Contratos de la Ciudad -¿Debe modificarse el Artículo XII, Sección 2 de la Carta de Autonomía de Euless para revisar las limitaciones sobre funcionarios y empleados que tengan un interés personal en contratos con la Ciudad y prohibir la compra o venta de propiedad, bienes o servicios a la Ciudad por parte de funcionarios y empleados de la Ciudad, salvo para fines específicos enumerados?----------Hợp đồng của Thành phố -Điều XII, Mục 2 của Hiến chương Tự quản Thành phố Euless có nên được sửa đổi để điều chỉnh các hạn chế đối với việc viên chức và nhân viên có lợi ích cá nhân trong hợp đồng với Thành phố cũng như cấm viên chức và nhân viên của Thành phố mua từ hoặc bán cho Thành phố tài sản, hàng hóa hoặc dịch vụ, trừ những mục đích cụ thể được quy định không?
