City Secretary -Shall Article II, Section 7 and Article V of the Euless Home Rule Charter be amended to allow for the engagement of the City Secretary pursuant to an employment agreement that is not in conflict with state law and that outlines the duties of the City Secretary?----------Secretario de la Ciudad -¿Debe modificarse el Artículo II, Sección 7 y el Artículo V de la Carta de Autonomía de Euless para permitir el nombramiento del Secretario de la Ciudad de acuerdo con un acuerdo laboral que no esté en conflicto con la ley estatal y que defina los deberes del Secretario de la Ciudad?----------Thư ký Thành phố -Điều II, Mục 7 và Điều V của Hiến chương Tự quản Thành phố Euless có nên được sửa đổi để cho phép tuyển dụng Thư ký Thành phố theo hợp đồng lao động không mâu thuẫn với luật tiểu bang và nêu rõ các nhiệm vụ của Thư ký Thành phố không?
