Elections -Shall Article III of the Euless Home Rule Charter be amended to provide that elections shall be held in accordance with the requirements of state law, and to delete inconsistent provisions regarding recounts, drawing of lots, and a candidate application form?----------Elecciones -¿Debe modificarse el Artículo III de la Carta de Autonomía de Euless para establecer que las elecciones se celebrarán de acuerdo con los requisitos de la ley estatal, y eliminar disposiciones inconsistentes respecto a recuentos, sorteos y formularios de solicitud de candidatos?----------Bầu cử -Điều III của Hiến chương Tự quản Thành phố Euless có nên được sửa đổi để quy định rằng các cuộc bầu cử sẽ được tổ chức theo yêu cầu của luật tiểu bang và xóa bỏ các quy định không nhất quán liên quan đến việc kiểm phiếu lại, bốc thăm và biểu mẫu ứng cử không?
