Attorney
My entire life has been about service and giving back to others. I have served my Country in the United States Marines, I have been a coach and volunteer at the community level, and have been a resident of the Ward I currently represent for my entire life. My family and I have deep roots in this community, and I bring both a personal stake and a deep sense of duty to this role. My hands-on experience, local knowledge, and passion for serving others make me fully committed to ensuring our community remains strong, safe and successful.
Building public trust starts with open, honest, and consistent communication. I’m committed—along with my fellow Commissioners—to continuously improving how we engage with residents. I regularly send out quarterly newsletters that keep our community informed on key updates and initiatives, and I include my personal cell phone number so constituents can reach me directly. I believe accessibility and transparency are essential to good governance, and I will continue to make it a priority to listen, respond, and ensure every resident feels heard and represented.
My top three priorities for this office are: (1) maintaining low property taxes while ensuring that Springfield continues to deliver the high-quality municipal services our residents expect and deserve; (2) protecting and preserving our open spaces—like the Old Central Field—so future generations can enjoy the same vibrant community we all cherish; and (3) working with my fellow Commissioners to provide steady, experienced leadership that preserves what works and prepares for what’s next.
